The first few minutes of the meeting were not recorded.  The meeting chair, Dr. Linda Caterino. called the meeting to order at 7:32 a.m.  Roll call was taken, establishing quorum for the meeting.  Dr. Flint moved to approve the February 1, 2024 regular session minutes. Dr. Caterino seconded. The minutes were approved unanimously by voice vote.  Credential applicant Cynthia Anderson-Keene, Ph.D., CPQ, was present. Upon review, the Committee determined that her application for licensure by Credential met requirements in statutes and rules. The Committee recommended her application be forwarded to the Board for approval.  EPPP Only applicant Anna Gutierrez, Psy.D. was present.  At this point in the meeting, the audio recording begins.  Location Agency Platform - Standard [email protected] America/Phoenix public
