Small Business Bill of Rights
Pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 32-2082(A) and 32-2091.10, in connection with an investigation conducted by the Board, at all reasonable times the Board and its authorized agents may examine and copy documents, reports, records, and other physical evidence wherever located relating to the licensee’s professional competence, unprofessional conduct or mental or physical ability to safely practice psychology or behavior analysis. This examination is conducted under the authority of Arizona Revised Statutes §§32-2082(A) and 32-2091.10. As part of an examination, the following Small Business Bill of Rights is provided:
A psychologist or behavior analyst is entitled to all of the rights established in A.R.S. §41-1001.01 and A.R.S. § 41-1009(A)(1)-(7).
