Board Office Updates

Lobby window #6 at 1740 W. Adams Street in Phoenix is open to the public to drop off documents. Staff work both in the office and remotely. The most efficient way to contact Board staff is by email. The walk-up lobby window is available between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to drop off documents only. Lobby window personnel are unable to address any questions. Please email Board staff with your questions instead.
