Prior to the start of the audio, the following occurred: 

The Committee Chair, Dr. Diana Medina opened the meeting at 10:03 a.m. 

A quorum of the Committee was established. 

The Committee substantively reviewed the reapplication of Dr. Samer Arar, item #3B1. Upon review, the Committee noted that statute and rule requirements were met and recommended to forward the reapplication to the Board for approval to sit for the EPPP and licensure

Roll call was taken, establishing quorum for the meeting. 

Dr. Flint moved to approve the February 1, 2024 regular session minutes. Dr. Caterino seconded. The minutes were approved unanimously by voice vote. 

Credential applicant Cynthia Anderson-Keene, Ph.D., CPQ, was present. Upon review, the Committee determined that her application for licensure by Credential met requirements in statutes and rules
